It’s a lush bit of Vivaldi – Concerto for Two Mandolins in G major. and like most gummint programs, what you THOUGHT you’d get – mandolins – is changed just a little bit because mandolins are too HARD, but I have a brother-in-law who plays guitar and he needs a high-paying job to keep up with his love of undocmumented pharmaceuticals… (okay, I made up that last part in view of this video, but that’s how the gummint does it all the time.
